Shipping policy

In line with our sustainable ethos, we will never purchase plastic material to pack your orders with. We will always recycle any bubble wrap or similar material from our supplier orders and use to pack your orders.

We also reuse boxes that we have received deliveries in. If we believe your order to be a gift, i.e. shipping address is different from purchase address, then we will send the order in an new box.

We offer Free Click + Collect on all online orders from our Cookstown Studio. Find us at 22 Old Rectory Park Cookstown, BT80 9XR.

We will advise you once we have completed your order and arrange a suitable time for pick-up. 

 

If you would like to have your order shipped beyond the UK or ROI, please email sharron@mollyandmecandles.co.uk for a postage/carriage quote. Shipping is calculated based on weight. 

Please note that all shipments outside of NI may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT. Additional charges incurred as a result of such duties & taxes must be paid by the recipient. We will not be held responsible for the payment of Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances, and such charges are not included in the purchase price of our Molly and Me Products. 

Please note that some of our product range may not be available to ship to certain countries due to specific restrictions. For example, our Luxury Room Diffusers and Room Sprays are considered a flammable product and are therefore restricted in a number of countries.
